Terry embodies the heart and spirit of a missional leader as the Lead Pastor at Restoration Church. At his core, he views his role more as that of the Lead Missionary, committed to living life as a practitioner first and setting an example of revealing the King and Kingdom to others. Through his leadership at Restoration Church, in partnership with his wife Amy, Terry continues to inspire and guide those around him toward a deeper understanding and engagement with their faith in King Jesus and the world.
Terry finds joy and inspiration in movies and all forms of cinema. He appreciates the power of storytelling and its capacity to reveal deep truths about humanity, faith, and the gospel narrative. 

Kayla always says that her job is to help people follow Jesus and become friends. She gets to fulfill that role through both Restoration Church and through Roanoke College Young Life, a campus ministry where both she and her husband Jonathan serve as leaders.

Abby fell in love with Restoration Church in September of her freshman year of college and has been a part of the community ever since! Abby attended Roanoke College, where she met and married her college sweetheart (Liam), and is ecstatic to get to stay in Salem. If you cannot find her, there is a good chance she is out walking around Salem or drinking coffee at Mill Mountain. Abby believes that Restoration Church is a really special group of Christ-followers and loves to meet new people - so feel free to say hi! 

Patricia Ciaffone (rhymes with macaroni) is from Patrick County, Virginia, but now lives in Salem, Virginia. She and her husband Gabe have two children, Nate born August 2022 and Leona born February 2024! Previously, Patricia worked in the public-school setting as an elementary school teacher for 10 years. A passion of hers has been working with children, and she is so happy to be able to continue doing what she has loved for so long, but now at Restoration!

Sarah was born and raised in the Roanoke valley and is married to her husband Steven. Together they have three children that Sarah homeschools. Since middle school, Sarah has been volunteering in children's ministries. She loves seeing God working in the lives of the children and seeing the families of the body of Christ step up to serve and love others as Christ did. 

Elizabeth was so excited that her family found their church home at Restoration Church. She is passionate about the human experience and loves to share those moments through photography and communications. She is married to her amazing husband Paul, and they have one daughter named Harper.
